I have done stools test and I have attached the report. Please help me what should I do next. I get loose stools and sometimes little hard stools. LFT and LFT tests are normal and hb levels are normal and crp is < 5 and esr is 25. Do i have IBD or anything else.

Stool report is normal. Regarding IBD, it's much severe diseases. You may consider IBS ( where loose stools and constipation are subsequent). Even to diagnose this, you need to mention duration of your symptoms
