1) Complete the course to avoid antibiotic resistance 2) Headache can be due to dehydration: Drink ample water (3-4 litres a day), ORS (1 sachet in 1 litre water: sips of this solution on off) 3) T Emset (Ondensetron) 4 mg twice a day (ONLY FOR 2 days). 4) Start food intake : Fibres- boiled carrots, mashed potatoes, bananas. Whole grains (jowar roti/ bajra roti). Simple but well cooked vegetables with no spices. 5) Gastrointestinal system will take at least 48 hours to normalise completely.

You should have completed the dose. For nausea,  take tab pantaprazole 20mg one morning  before breakfast, for 5 days. Tab domperidone 10mg one every 8 hours for 3 days. Take light healthy meals. For paracetamol 500mg one every 8 hours for 3 days for headache. If problem continues,  consult online.

Thank you for your question. Its highly recommended to take antibiotics like Ciplox tz only after through counselling from a physician. Kindly do not self medicate yourself further and seek guidance as you are experiencing headache, nausea , constipation. Also you can take Ors in a 1 liter bottle ( cooled boiled water) , take flavoured ones for better taste and also you can take probiotics sachet like sporlac ds.
