Receding gums and swelling what to eat and what  measures  to take for a better gums and teeth and i have no sensitivity issue..

1.improve brushing technique. 2.use ultrasoft tooth brush with small head. 3.this will clear receding gums back to normal, in combination with some medication & professional cleaning of teeth.

If there is plaque and calculus deposits , you cannot find receding gums on inspection. Swelling is definitely due to deposits. Please go for professional cleaning and then change your Brushing technique and use of soft tooth brush is also mandatory.After cleaning give gingival massage so that it improves your gum tone.
