During 20 days of braces treatment i feel my tooth so loose and soft.what can i do?is it normal or not

Hello mam..it’s quite normal for ur teeth to be very slightly mobile during fixed braces treatment. It’s a process of which the tooth movement occurs. U don’t have to worry unless u have an exaggerated mobility of teeth

Hi.. yes it is normal because we are applying force to move the teeth in to a new correct position, the surrounded bone and ligaments attachment gets loose to allow the teeth to move.
