Drink a decoction of curry leaves 4-5 boiled in water everyday.Have more green leafy vegetables and increase protein content in diet.Hair skin n nails are made of collagen n they r all proteins.Eat 4-5 bowls of fruits n vegetables n also drink plenty of water atleast 8glasses.Sleep 8hrs in d night n keep ur stress levels low.
