Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30 % exercise help you in reducing weight . Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive oil,rice bran, mustard, saffola, sunflower oil in cooking Use 5 soaked almonds ,2 walnuts daily Drink 8-10glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato, arbhi, zimikand etc. Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned food products Avoid pickles and papad Avoid sour products like tamarind , amla ,vinegar For hair loss (remedies)- chew 4-5 curry leaves and drink water over it - use onion juice on your hair for washing

Hi For making your skin glow and hair healthy...you should take a healthy balanced diet... below I am mentioning the foods you can eat for healthy hair and glowing skin. 1. Berries, fruits, vegetables, cacao. 2. Almonds, sunflower seeds, spinach, avocado, sweet potato, wheat germ, dark leafy greens, hazelnuts. 3. Carrot, squash, dark leafy greens, sweet potato, pumpkin, red pepper, apricot, mango, tomato, peach. 4. Whole grains, beans, legumes, cacao, miso, nutritional yeast, broccoli, green beans. I would also suggest that you take a consultation from any dietitian or nutritionist and take a personalized plan according to you.... sometimes it's very difficult to include all foods in diet so Nutritionist or dietitian will suggest you how to include all foods and what time.
