Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily
Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also

1. Berries, fruits, vegetables, cacao.
2. Almonds, sunflower seeds, spinach, avocado, sweet potato, wheat germ, dark leafy greens, hazelnuts.
