My sgot/sgpt ratio has come 2.3 where the ratio should be between 0.7 and 1.4. what treatment should I take and  which food should I avoid. Also should I avoid alcohol? How alarming is my ratio of sgot/sgpt. And is my liver okay? Also my vitamin d level was 14.21ng/ml.
