Sir, May i know Liver parenchymal and mild splenomegaly and partially contracted thick walled gall bladder happens in which stage of liver cirrhosis? And anything serious about this.

Yes, it can happen in cirrhosis..it usually happens in advanced liver disease.needs to be evaluated by liver function test, USG to start with
