Is this ointment effective for anal fissure treatment? This has been prescribed by my doctor but I did not find any documented evidence that this helps fissure healing

Lippi ointment contains coconut oil with karanj! Its good for itching and eczema ... Dont use it on fissure...! Use jatyadi use in a cotton ball and place it over your fissure! Start taking jatyadi oil basti 10 ml too! This oil is highly effective in healing!

Yes it will help in healing but reoccurence will be there because underlying root cause is untreated

simply apply ghee in anus at night before sleep and after defecation...it will heal within 2 days without any doubt also do sitz bath...this will reduce swelling of that area

Do sitz bath twice daily.. Avoid drinking and smoking.. Avoid spicy and oily food.. Watch for constipation.. Use air tube to sit.. Use jatyadi tail..
