Hii.. I got my health checkup done and in my lipid profile I got very low HDL Cholesterol- 25. My overall cholesterol is 101, triglycerides is 164, LDL is 55 VLDL is 32. HDL / LDL RATIO- 0.46 TRIG / HDL RATIO- 6.6 TC/ HDL CHOLESTEROL- 4 NON-HDL CHOLESTEROL- 75 LDL / HDL RATIO- 2.2 I am very tensed. How to increase HDL
