Near complete MCL tear needs immobilisarion in a knee immobiliser for 4-6 weeks, by then ACL will also heal if it has to. Beyond 4-6 weeks, if you experience instability or pain then you should opt for surgery.
Health Tips
Perform static Quadriceps exercises while knee is in the immobiliser.
