I presume you got recent injury to knee. MRI pictures not of good quality to view in mobile screen. If ACL and meniscal injury together you need surgery. It is elective procedure. Consult orthopaedic dr. In current situation - until corona virus settles do ICE fomentation and quads/ hamstring exercises. Share the MRI report

Based on MRI and assuming that your unable to seek medical care due to lock down,  I am giving you my opinion. It appears to be effusion of knee joint with meniscus injury. But it would be wrong to suggest management based solely on MRI. The symptoms and signs will be more important, especially in your case.
Next Steps
Kindly consult nearest Orthopaedic surgeon if possible or consult me on practo
