Lpp on face with no itching & persistent dry skin. Tried antioxidants,  ppp etc.. itsbeen over 2yrs that I am having these concerns. Been to umpteen no of dermatologists. But little help

Lpp needs to be managed in combination therapy using topical, oral drugs along with chemical peels depending upon the disease activity. Please do consult online, so that i can diagnose it correctly and provide treatment appropriately.
