My father is having Lichen planus from last 5 years. It is only on ankles and back of palm. He is on homeopathy treatment from last 1 year from Dr. Batra but we haven't notice any difference in itchy area. Now we are thinking of going for allopathy treatment. Please suggest if it will be good if we go for allopathy.

U can take dermatologist consultation for your father. Start using moisturiser ,mild soap. Avoid scrubbing or rubbing. Tab levocet 5 mg 1 at night if more itching. And ask for basic investigations required at this age after visiting a doctorm
