Legs swelling

My sister legs and hands are getting swollen and she is even having pain. She is not able to walk also. Pls let me know what's the issue .

Swelling in the legs and hands can be due to various reasons, namely - problems in the veins/ arteries, protein deficiency, heart issues , infection , some medications etc. This needs proper evaluation to narrow down on to a diagnosis.
