My legs are havind mild pain from many months from knee to foot it is not very huge pain but feel like frozen especially early in the norning while waking up feels pain heavey and not feel like wakeup at all. And im not on any workout plan or heavy walking just work from home. Earlier i felt whole body weakness so consulted General physician and doc found that ik low on B12 and VitD so had supplements and it got increased but still this legs pain dint to, could you please help why it is happening and to whom i need to consult a physician or Othropedic doctor? Thanks.
