Your symptoms seem to be related more to musculoskeletal causes such as posture-related strain, vitamin/mineral deficiencies (like Vitamin D, calcium, B12), or early wear and tear of the joints rather than any serious illness. The cracking sounds in joints are usually harmless.
Next Steps
Get your Vitamin D, Calcium, and B12 levels checked. Maintain proper posture and avoid prolonged sitting. Do regular stretching, back-strengthening, and core exercises (yoga or physiotherapy can help). Ensure adequate hydration and sleep.
Health Tips
If pain is persistent, severe, or associated with weakness/numbness, it’s best to consult an orthopedician/physician for examination and possibly an X-ray or MRI. Meanwhile, you can use simple pain relievers and warm compresses if needed.

Hello, Your persistent back and leg pain, joint sounds on walking/stretching, and shoulder tension are most often related to: Posture issues or muscle strain (especially if sitting long hours). Vitamin/mineral deficiencies like Vitamin D, B12, or calcium. General muscle tightness and lack of flexibility. 🔹 What you can do: Get your Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and calcium levels checked. Practice regular posture correction, stretching, and core strengthening exercises. Apply warm compress over the painful area and maintain an active routine with proper rest. Ensure balanced diet, hydration, and sleep — these directly impact muscle recovery. If pain is severe or persistent, I can guide you further with medicines and home-based management.
