According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like leg swelling. Swelling or edema is two type 1- Pitting and Non Pitting type and reason of both are different so need complete history to make correct diagnosis. Do test as CBC ESR LFT and Lipid profile and KFT and CRP and Thyroid profile and electrolyte etc and send the report.
