My feet and ankles got swelling after 7 days of c section.sometimes it is  painful.sometimes it goes and sometimes come back.please help

It could be because of immoblisatiom  and IV fluids move around a little get your hemoglobin and blood pressure checked have a good protein rich diet If still no relief meet a doctor in person
