Spondyloarthropathies involving spine and pelvis, are related to the investigative findings you've mentioned. If so, diminished mobility of lower spine and soft tissue changes can cause neuropathy with characteristic radiating pain. However minor reasons involving lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh can also cause pain like these but is more superficial and less intense in nature. So please get yourself examined by a Physiotherapist who can assess for the cause and advise you accordingly. Since investigation reports are positive, you may also consult with an immunologist or a rheumatologist as drug management is required in spondyloarthropathies. Both drug management and Physiotherapy should go hand in hand for managing such conditions. Regular follow up is essential to check for occasional flare ups and remissions.
