I have knee joint pain due to Vitamin D deficiency. At the same I felt like I need to reduce weight (weight 58kg, height 155cm) so started daily walking 30 mins in the morning. But my legs are paining, is that pain is normal? Walking is good or bad in this condition. Can you please advise me
I have had pain in my right knee for the last 6-7 days. Not able to fold my leg and sit on the floor.
