Hello doctors! I am suffering from left side leg cramps since 3 years. It started from hip and end in feet. In between my full spinal mri was done. But never did leg mri or x-ray. I am having cervical spondylitis and lumber spine was little disturbed. But no sciatica is mentioned in report. Is it serious problem? How to know is it muscle pain or bone pain?thank you

Cramps in your left  leg alone can be due to muscle fatigue , low calcium, low vit d 3 and b12 levels , micronutrients deficiency, dehydration etc.. Muscle pain usually increases or decreases with stretching the muscles while bony pain remains the same..
Next Steps
Whether the pain is coming from your spine or the leg itself needs to be evaluated clinically by an orthopedic surgeon
