I feel like heaviness in left testicles. Sometimes dull pain. But no discomfort or any serious issue. It's like soft tube like structure under left testicle. From 1 month or more

Its likely to be varicocele..usually mild in this age group..
Next Steps
if pain is persistent, then USG and doppler of scrotum...can consult a surgeon if worried

First of all nothing to worry about it Most likely it is normal Try wearing proper fitting undergarments If you still worried you can do base line ultrasound of testis to rule out any problem
