Hi vinay.. From what you are describing looks like you have a decay in the tooth or some form of tooth infection. Most probably you might require a root canal treatment done, once the tooth causing pain is diagnosed
Next Steps
You need to visit the dentist and get an x ray done.
Health Tips
Avoid eating hard food form that side. Take a pain killer tab dolo650 in case the pain is not tolerable

Vinay most likely your tooth is exposed due to dental caries. Visit a dentist soon and get a check up done. You may take Tablet Combiflam is you have no history of Asthma.

Pain may be due to decay or due to infection . You probably need Root Canal Treatment. You can take Tab. Dentaforce DT 10mg —(SOS only on emergency basis) if the pain is beyond tolerance. Don’t take any medicine on purpose every day without prescribed by your doctor. It will be better to consult your nearest Dentist to get the problem solved ASAP.
