Left side swollen gum

I have problem of swollen gum from last one day.No pain but feeling uncomfortable ...very mild pain on pressing below left jaw with finger..some food praticle got struck which I removed using wood stick ,liitle blood also seen during this.pls suggest

Don't use wood stick again if you have food lodgement then use gargle with luke warm water for five times and take augmentin and zerodol sp for your swollen gums BD for 3 days.
