Left Shoulder Joint Pain

Hi Sir, I am suffering from left Shoulder & hand joint pain. I am getting pain while lifting the left hand. And also little bit left side back pain. Its been 3 days from now. I have taken combiflem tablet and used volini spray as per general physician near my home. Pain is little bit reduced but not completely. So please suggest me, what I need to do now.. Thanks in advance Sir.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.
