Hi, your symptoms are actually suggestive of a heart pathology. However, It needs further evaluation. Sometimes other diseases may mimick heart attacks (myocardial infarction) and need to be ruled out. I would strongly advice you to consult a doctor immediately, as myocardial infarction is a condition that needs treatment as soon as possible, and is not to be ignored.

You may be having some cardiac cause. Simple test like electrocardiograms will help you. If it is normal then you can think of further investigation like 2d echo and stress test. If these tests are also normal then see for spondylosis and dental problems separately.

This is an emergency. Go for ECG and consult a cardiologist. Do not delay or ignore. Avoid any physical exertion or stress.

hello there. yes it could be cardiac related issues. wanted to know wether you have ever got your blood pressure checked and are you on any medication? the only advice would be to get it checked out by a cardiologist. ECG and 2D ECHO would be required and will be suggested by the consultant cardiologist. dont delay this further. Angina and other heart related problems need to be ruled out and then anything else can be done. best regards, Dr. Anil Kumar Jain
