I have left shoulder blade pain and it radiates to arm also if i press upper chest bones are aching i have taken all tests ecg echo chest x-ray spine ct scan everything is normal so initially doctors recommended anti depressants but after taking also no improvement so i consulted pulmonologist and done spirometer test that was normal and took blood tests sugar cbc lipid profile is normal but i have crp level 23 anti ige test tat is 1123 and vitamin d deficiency so pls what i need to do what is the problem of my health. pls advice.
