Left ovary polycystic morphology 10cc
I had MTP on 3rd September..then two months bleeding on and off..D N C done on 5th November..followed by deviry 10 and ovral L in next cycle..got USG done on 9th February..it's written...left ovary polycystic morphology 10cc..my gynaec told it's very mild..is this mild ?? And is this due to deviry 10, ovral L side effects..??Because everything was normal on 30th October USG before DNC ..

Yes, this finding is mild.
A polycystic ovarian morphology (PCOM) with ovary volume ~10 cc can be temporary and does not mean PCOS, especially if hormones and cycles were normal earlier.
This change is likely due to recent hormonal disturbance from MTP, prolonged bleeding, D&C, and medications (Deviry, Ovral-L). These medicines can temporarily alter ovarian appearance on ultrasound.
Since your USG was normal before D&C, this is unlikely to be a permanent problem.
Advice:
• Continue medicines as prescribed
• Repeat USG after 2–3 natural cycles
• No treatment needed if periods settle and hormones are normal
