6 months back I had an endometriotic spot removed behind my left ovary by laproscopic surgery. I was fine after the surgery. 2 weeks post surgery I travelled for half an hour and developed a left lower abdomen pain. I get a severe pain when I travel. Other times, I am fine and able to carry out daily activities. However, if I travel, I am having a very severe pain localised at 1 particular spot in left lower abdomen, which makes me even unable to walk. If have consulted gynaecologist and was given given 2 shots of gnrh. Now she says its enough. I have also consulted urologists, gastroenterologists and neurologists but the cause of the pain remains unknown. USG abdomen scan and urine tests are normal. Due to this, I am unable to travel. The slightest bump on the road causes immense pain. I would like to know what could be the possible cause of the pain and to which specialist I must go.
