Left leg not lifting properly in walk

Not able to lift my left leg properly while walking.Is it because of muscle stiffness? What strecthes will you suggest if is it so. Will hot formentation help?

You don't need any therapist.  You can also self improvement ..like that wait bearing exercise.. (leg raises,  specially use theraband and then start against resistance exercise, maintain your gate you can also see youtube vdo for gate training and then after few week get improvement.. Thank you

Is it the whole limb you can't lift or any particular part of the limb Any history of trauma to the leg? A video of your gait would help us know

Weak hip muscles causes this type of problem so strengthening you hip and core muscles will help you Try doing lumbar twist stretch and lunging hip flexor stretch you can see these stretches on you tube.
