For itching, tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Apply miconazole ointment locally twice daily for 14 days. For pain, share details of it, then I can help you very well. For relief  you can take tab flexon m.r one every 8hours for 5 days, after meals.

Locally  caladryl lotion + betnovate c in 2:1 ratio two times. Tab montek lc one at night,  tab atarex 25 two times after breakfast n lunch. Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.
