Left Groin and left testicle pain.

Hi doc My left groin and left testicle is paining from last 1 week,it all started from the knee pain first,which radiates to left groin and left testicle,now i can feel the pain almost everytime,doctor have prescribed me zerodol and serra tablet but I didn't get any relief,no problem in urinating just  little bit heaviness on the left side while urinating,mind u I do heavy workouts like squatting and deadlifts,but I had stopped my workout from last 7 days,still the pain is there. Kindly help
