Left elbow muscle injury

Injured myself while playing indoor sport, fell on the floor taking support of left arm which resulted in lot of pain. X-ray showed no fracture but doctor asked to wear sling for few weeks. It's been a month, I can move my arm and lift things, but cannot fold or stretch my hand at the elbow region (maybe 90% of what it should be). What is the issue and remedy?

If there was not any fracture u may have sustained soft tissue injury.  Putting ur elbow in a sling helps to heal the soft tissues but produces stiffness.
Next Steps
only thing u need to do now is physiotherapy to regain ur full range of motion.
Health Tips
if pain and stiffness persists inspire of doing proper physio u need to have urself examined again
