Six year son fallen from bed having elbow enjury and swelling around elbow last 2 days. Medium pain is there. Able to open close plam. Elbow can not able to bend.

Next Steps
Consult an orthopaedic surgeon in person if pain persists preferably with the x rays

Better to get x ray or Ortho consultation in person. It is to rule out fracture. If it is displaced might leed to growth problems. Apply ice. Elbow x ray AP and Lateral vire- don’t delay for kids.
