Hello, have left ear drum pain that leads to a sore throat. Now I have temperature including the above symptoms. It's been 2 days since I felt these symptoms. What could it be?

Its a sore throat that might lead to ear pain called as refered otalgia. Or sometimes throat infection can enter into middle ear that can lead to Acute suppurative otitis media. For proper diagnosis you need to consult a ENT surgeon.
