  4. Left arm. Any idea what it can be?

Sometimes I get this weird sensation as if someone is twisting my left arm... It's not any pain but weird discomfort.. As if some external force is twisting n pressing it from my shoulder I haven't been able to find any cure as I don't know how to describe this to my doctor Any idea what it can be?
