Tab flexon m.r one every 8hours for 4 days, after meals. Tab shelcal 300mg one morning and one evening for 4 to 6 weeks. Do some hot compression,  2 to 3 times daily. Try to use both arms for work alternately, to avoid load being put on one arm. Once pain is better, start doing light exercises of arms and hands. Get ecg done to exclude any cardiac problem.

These complaints can be due to a combination of causes which you have mentioned of low Vitamin D levels and a sitting desk job which itself can cause strain in and around the muscles of your neck, if the working environment or your sitting posture is not appropriate. From your end you can start with correcting your posture while working, taking adequate rest in between woorking, and supplement yourself with CAPSULE OR SACHET UPRISE D3 60k IU weekly once, probably every Sunday, for six week, which will correct the defecincy symptoms, followed by maintenance,  continue with it one capsule or sachet every month for 6 Months. If the pain from neck or shoulder is radiating to the arm or there is tingling or shock like senstaion, go for T. NEUROKIND G / T. PREGABA M 75 every night after food for 5 days. For severe muscle pain if present, T. ZERODOL TH4 two times a day for 5 to 7 days, along with T. PANTAOP 40 mg in morning one tablet 30 mins before food for same Duration of using T. ZERODOL TH4. Additionally you can take T. ZINCOVIT 1 tablet any  time of day after food for 3 months, preferably not at time of taking T.PANTOP 40 mg, will help In correcting symptoms of other Vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Your pain can be due to postural defect. In a desk job or a desktop job correct height of chair and tabletop is necessary. While sitting straight on the chair your arms should rest comfortably on the table top. In desktop jobs where you are constantly watching a screen , along with chair and table position the height of the screen should also be considered. In any sitting job one should stretch arms above the head straight and bend your neck and upper spine backwards after atleast one hour.
Next Steps
try doing neck and back stretch yoga exercises

Hello Your symptoms — left shoulder and arm pain that occurs daily but without a fixed pattern — are quite common in people with desk jobs and low Vitamin D levels. Let’s break it down for clarity: Most likely causes: 1. Postural muscle strain – long hours at the computer cause neck and shoulder tension, leading to nerve or muscular pain radiating down the arm. 2. Vitamin D deficiency – can lead to diffuse bone and muscle aches, especially around shoulders, upper back, and thighs. 3. Cervical spondylosis (early stage) – common in desk workers due to prolonged forward neck posture. What you can do: Vitamin D correction: Take Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol 60,000 IU) once weekly for 8 weeks, then once monthly. Also include calcium-rich food and some morning sunlight exposure. Posture care: Keep your screen at eye level, avoid slouching, and stretch your shoulders and neck every 1–2 hours. Hot compress for 10–15 minutes daily on the shoulder and upper back. Tablet Myospaz or Etoricoxib 60 mg (SOS) can be taken occasionally if pain is moderate (after meals). Gentle neck and shoulder strengthening exercises under supervision. If pain radiates to fingers, worsens at night, or you experience numbness or tingling — that may indicate cervical nerve involvement, which requires specific physiotherapy and posture correction guidance. I can help you identify whether your pain is postural, muscular, or nerve-related, and guide you with custom Vitamin D and exercise advice for long-term relief.
