I've a swollen left ankle. I accidentally tripped while walking. I heard some cracking sound. Now I can't walk properly. It pains a lot. I have applied Voilini cream for now.

Rest by elevating your foot on pillows. T-shape positioning. Put a crepe bandage over the ankle. Keep the pressure maximum towards ankle and lesser proximate towards the ankle. Ice the ankle every 2 hours for 7 minutes. Continously icing. No warm packs please!
