I injured my knee almost 3 weeks ago and it's only getting worse. I haven't been able to go to the doctor yet but i was hoping you could help me and let me know if something serious might be wrong with it.

You need to do an X-ray and if possible MRI. U need to see a doctor coz it might be intraaticular fracture or a ligament injury.
