One line on urine pregnancy test means not pregnant or pregnancy not detectable now. It could well be delayed ovulation and very early pregnancy but not yet detected by urine pregnancy test. To be extra sure, do a hormonal test : serum bhcg. Consult a qualified gynaecologist.

Please do a pregnancy test with morning sample fasting urine .Do it correctly by 2 drops. If there are two lines on your pregnancy kit card it suggests pregnancy a single line is not suggestive of pregnancy
