Lasik surgery and cornea thickness

Hey. According to my cornea topography, my cornea thickness has changed in a year from 560 to 541, similarly for other points around the circumference, and increased from 543 to 548 at the centre. Similarly for the other eye as well. The power has not chnaged. Is it safe to go for lasik?
