My wife underwent laproscopy, Doctor reported that both tubes are patent and no hydrosalpinx but Right tube is sacculated. Is sacculated tube problematic for natural pregnancy. Please let me know.

Sacculated tube is problem because it delays the passage of ovum. Otherwise natural conception is possible.

Not only patent tubes needed for conceiving  but also several other male and female factors responsible for that
