Laparoscopy startedwith Primary 10mm port inserted. Pneumoperitonium created. DEnse adhesions of uterus, bladder n anterior abdominal walll noticed, All abdomen was intensely hyperemic. Liver showed violin string like dense adhesions, sir fitz her curtis syndrome s / o Abdominal tubercolosis. Both tubes were blocked at fimbria with dense agglutination.Decision taken not to interfere as it was like active tuberculosis.advised AKT N Laparoscopy after drug therapy. Uterus was nornal in size. left ovary was seen but right ovary was obscured in TO mass, Wife started AKT 4 tablet How much days it take to unblock tubes?
