Feed the baby more frequently especially during the nights though you think that milk is insufficient...During the nights harmones responsible for milk production will be released more....so try to feed more frequently in nights..
And be tension free and relax...as mental stress also cause decreased milk production..
Yeah....u can use lactare as supplement daily 3-4 times...
