Next Steps
1- morning 7am- green tea with iron rich biscuits.
2 - break fast 8.30am- milk(1 glass) with apple(1) or pomegranate juice(1glass), egg sandwich(2)
lunch 1.30pm moong dal (1 bowl), chapaati mixed grain (2 to 3), palak paneer sabji(1 bowl), salids( tomato, beet root, carrot) all contain lots of iron.
3- 5 to 5.30 pm- pomegranate juice (1 glass)
4 -8.30pm- same as lunch.
beforw sleeping - milk(1glass) with protein powder.
