L4,L5 Sacralization back pain

I have suffering with this problems since a long time it used to occur during my gym days i used to take an injection and it would go away since last yr its gotten very bad i did some exrays which mentioned sacralaztion in l4,l5 lumbar spine ,i did IFT some 6months back it helped but after 8 months i have started to get the back pains ,now i consulted a Dr.spine specialist he has advised me to do 5 tests ,blood,urine,thyroid,d3 etc Nw i dnt whether this test are of any use or no can anyone help ? Am i on the right track of treatment how do i know ?

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I would recommend you to meet your nearest physiotherapist before going for these tests.  As he/she will assess your condition with your physical presence and will advice you accordingly depending on your current situation. Instead of going for these test you should have opt for exercises. Thanks

U need Physiotherapy for this. If it is reoccurring then continue back n core strengthening exercises properly. Avoid excess weight lifting and forward bending.

I will suggest you to consult a PT, physiotherapy should be able to provide pain relief. Blood and urine work up is important to make sure that your other systems are working normally and all the values are within normal range. Increase your physical activity, start with small walks and managing your weight within normal values should be helpful too.
