Hi I am having L4 L5 S1 since April 1st 2021, taking certain medications, and on bed rest. Please suggest if i should continue more or not. MRI and XRAY done Regards, Sourav K

You need to assess your radiating pain yourself if you are not able to go to doctor. If it's better start doing spinal extension exercises. Keep a watch on your foot weakness. Try to walk on heels and then on toes, if difficulty then consult your doctor. Continue taking your medicines. Don't bend and lift heavy objects.
