L4 and l5 disc bladge and l5 D1 same issue and i am sports person and fast bowler.. Can any one help me to this for cure and this is is last 4 year and i am taking gabapin nt 400 and baclof od 20 but still the pain is so much high and also i am not able to play cricket wich is my dream.. I am doing regular basis exercise but no relief.
