You can apply jatyadi oil on your wound and please go to your anorectal surgeon for further concern.

Fistula takes time to heal ...as the kshar sutra has to be changed every week which will work by healing And cutting continuously atleast for 3 months! Take AYURVEDA pain killer And apply jatyadi oil over it

Sir ,it will take 2 to 3 months to cut through.If you feel much pain sitz bath and Anu taila infiltration into the tract can be done. Ksharasutra cut the tract little by little, usually cutting happen first 3 days after putting the KS ,slight bleeding may occur while cutting tissue.The KS will change once in seven days till cut through.
